These Terms govern access to BNNR, a tool that helps dealerships transform their own vehicle source photos into generated marketing packs.
BNNR provides guided photo capture, vehicle and dealership management, environment selection, generated marketing media, pack delivery and Support. Results can vary and must be reviewed before publication.
You must be authorised to act for the dealership, provide accurate information and protect account access. The dealership is responsible for activity carried out through its account.
You keep the rights you hold in vehicle information and source photos. You grant BNNR a limited right to process that material only to operate and deliver the requested service.
You must check final media, vehicle facts, branding, advertising claims and legal notices before sharing. BNNR does not guarantee an error-free, exclusive or locally compliant result.
Pack bundles, entitlements and localized prices are shown before purchase. Apple or Google processes in-app purchases under the applicable store terms. Each purchase is a one-time, non-subscription purchase, and purchased packs do not expire.
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, private or unauthorised material, bypass security or create content that violates law, platform rules or third-party rights.
We may maintain, update or restrict BNNR for safety, quality or compliance. To the extent permitted by law, BNNR is provided as available and does not promise a particular commercial outcome.
