This policy explains how BNNR handles personal data when a dealership creates, manages and receives vehicle marketing packs.
This policy covers the dealership account holder and information submitted through BNNR. Each dealership remains responsible for the information, photos and contacts it provides.
BNNR processes account and dealership details, authentication identifiers, vehicle information, guided source photos, selected environments, generated media, pack status, support requests (including message content and a reply contact) and purchase records (product, transaction identifier and purchase environment) needed to grant pack entitlements. Apple or Google processes payment-card and billing details directly; BNNR never receives them.
We use this data to operate accounts, create and deliver requested packs, preserve vehicle records, provide support, prevent misuse, protect the service and comply with legal obligations. We never use one dealership’s source photos or delivery media to create content for another dealership.
Generating a pack requires BNNR to send the selected source photos and generation instructions to our AI image-generation provider solely to produce the requested images. Clerk, our authentication provider, processes sign-in identifiers, including Google or Apple sign-in when used. Source photos and generated media are stored in our private Google Cloud storage, accessible only through short-lived signed links. Apple or Google processes in-app purchases and payment details directly; BNNR only receives the store purchase confirmation needed to verify and credit the selected pack bundle.
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to the providers named above, needed to run BNNR, to the dealership controlling the account, or where law, security or fraud prevention requires it. Processing can occur outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where required.
We retain account, vehicle and pack information for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain dealership records. Deleting a vehicle removes its active saved data and source media; a short-lived deletion record is kept for security and audit purposes, and limited protected backup copies can remain until the relevant backup cycle ends.
BNNR uses reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Depending on your location, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability through Support at support@bnnr.io.
BNNR is a professional dealership tool and is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change.
